Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Economy/Executive Services:
a) If you cancel more than three hours before the start of your shift, you won't be charged.
b) No-show after the service has started, or cancellation within three hours of dispatch: 30 minutes (4hr/40kms) will be charged.

For Luxury, Royale, Vans, and Coaches:
a) Cancellations received more than 48 hours prior to the start of the shift: 0% charge.
b) Cancellation within 48 hours of dispatch or no-show once the service has begun: Full Day (8hr/80kms) will be charged.

For Self-Drive Bookings:
a) Zero cancellation fee if the booking is canceled before 24 hours.
b) If the booking is canceled within 24 hours, 30% of the total fare will be charged.
c) In case of No-show, 50% of the total fare will be charged.

Refund Policy
Following cancellation and in accordance with the cancellation policy, refunds will be processed within 8 working hours or by the next business day.

How to Cancel Your Booking
You can cancel your booking through: website, app, or support team.

Cancellation charges will be applicable as per the following terms:
i. Cancellations made more than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service: No charge.
ii. Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours of the scheduled service: 50% of the base fare, one day’s rental, or one hour’s rent, whichever is greater, will be charged.
